How we work
Free on-site estimate
We look at the ground, levels, access and where water currently goes — you cannot price any of that from a photo.
Written, itemised quote
Excavation depth, sub-base, edgings or foundations, drainage and materials, each priced separately.
Honest advice on the build-up
If laying over an existing base is genuinely fine, we say so. If it will raise your levels against the damp course, we say that too.
Clean site, waste removed
Spoil is carted away rather than piled up, and the frontage is swept at the end of each day.

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We visit, measure, look at levels, access and drainage, and follow up with a written itemised quote. There is no charge and no obligation.
How is your quote broken down?
By stage: excavation and muck-away, sub-base, edgings or foundations, the paving or brickwork itself, drainage, and any extras such as steps or lighting ducts. That is deliberate — it lets you compare quotes on what is actually being built, not just the finished surface.
Do you work outside the areas listed?
Often, yes. The listed areas are where we work most, but we cover the wider South East London and Kent area. Call and ask about your postcode.
Do you clear up as you go?
Yes. Waste is removed rather than left on site, and we sweep down at the end of each day. Front gardens are usually somebody's only route to their front door.
